Corporate Jet and turboprops
CFS is one of the few companies able to finance older corporate jets.
Required documentation for our "Older Jet program"
- 3 years business and personal tax returns
- 3 years financial statements (income/expense, balance sheets)
- interim financial statements
- PFS from all applicants
- spec sheet on aircraft
Helicopters
Lease and EFA financing available for special use (fire-fighting, air ambulance, aerial application, sight-seeing, etc)
Military surplus (Sikorsky, Bell, etc) are typically used for these operations. We are one of the very few lenders who understand the value of these aircraft.
Your business must have excellent income for the past three years.
Robinson, Schweitzer, Enstrom Helicopters
- Newer Robinson (more than half the core life remains), private and business use.
- 15 year amortization except flight school are 7 year.
